Think Ability Wisconsin
Think Ability Wisconsin is an extensive partnership network created to address workforce issues for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Wisconsin. This project is generously funded by a Workforce Innovation Grant from the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development and the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation. Think Ability Wisconsin is powered by the Down Syndrome Association of Wisconsin.

Think Ability Wisconsin will improve transition and employment outcomes for people with disabilities in Wisconsin. Think Ability Wisconsin’s online Resource Center is an informational hub providing statewide information on workforce training programs, transition, education, and more. It also features a personalized, free call center with Navigators available to answer your questions and walk you through your transition and employment journey.
